Credits & Returns
We are totally committed to your satisfaction and will stand by the products we sell with a “no fuss” returns policy.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then it can be returned to us within 14 days from invoice date for a credit or full refund as long as it is in perfect, re-saleable condition.
We reserve the right to reject a return if the goods are not in good condition.
Return methodology
All returns must be pre-approved by Needleart.com before shipping
We will then advise the most efficient way to return the goods.
Returns - Delivery Charges
If the goods we sent you are either faulty or not what you ordered, we will also refund you the delivery charges both ways.
Please note that this does not apply to goods which have been delivered correctly and are not faulty. In that case you have to pay for the delivery charges both ways.
